What to Do When You’re Feeling Lost

Any of these possible reasons for feeling lost sound familiar?

✨ You're on your own for the first time (or the first time in a while).

💖 You're trying to figure out your values and life purpose.

🦋 You’re going through some big life changes.

👭You're still looking for your tribe or you're trying to find a new tribe.

🫥 You're not even sure why, but you just know you feel lost.

There could be other reasons you’re feeling lost, too. Whatever the reason, there are ways to start finding your way and start feeling better.

This process of finding your way takes time and looks a little different for everyone. There are a few things that remain true:

✅This is journey is, at least in part, a spiritual journey - but that doesn’t mean you have to get all “woowoo” about it

✅As part of this process, you will develop more compassion for yourself and every Living Being

✅Getting outside in Nature, allowing Gaia to help guide and heal you is a vital part of this growth period

Start Here

Think back to a time when you felt most at peace.

For me, I always go back to a time when I was about 4 years old. The house we lived in then had this bush in the front yard that grew in a circle. Where the two sides met, I was able to get inside and sit in the bush.

I would sit there for hours at a time, just enjoying being with Nature and feeling safe. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I was also learning to communicate with Nature and work with Her to heal myself and others. And, I was learning what She needs from us to heal Herself.

It may be that you had a safe, peaceful place like that bush. Or it may be that you felt most at peace in a completely different place or at a completely different age. It’s all valid!

Pick one time and place that you felt at peace and keep that in your mind.

On days when you can’t get outside, can’t visit that spot in reality, or need a little boost in the middle of a stressful day, bring that spot into your mind.

Sit with it long enough that you start to feel the same way you felt in that place the last time you were there.

Ahh! Feeling better? 😀
